New Drawing: Wurm

[kaikyaku]

I am really happy with the way this one turned out.

It was originally an art project I set up for my nephew on creating a picture from a cloud.

I call it Wurm: colored pencils

here's the cloud picture I used for it. Ultimately I wanted to rotate the cloud pic and make new pictures, but I kinda went haywire with this one.

wow, really like it Nicely done ^^

very nice..

Very good work with the coloring, some parts I can't really tell that it was done with colored pencils. I really like the detail in the colors, really brought out a lot.

I wanna scan the pencil sketch I did of the same cloud rotated to the left. It was just a tad morbid though... like a Feral Cannibal Mermaid.

Oh and thanks for the input Zer. I love colored pencils that let you pack on the colors and layers. The background intimated me so I'm not to happy with the use of black I used as shadows. Also some of the shadows are not facing the right direction ; ; but it was too late when I wanted to change it.

My nephews picture came out like a Pheonix for his cloud. I dunno if he wants that posted or not though.

Very nice, has a children's book feel to it. Also amazed you got that image from a cloud. o.o
