I want to take this time to say a few words to my Internet service provider.

Thank you for a year of sub-par service, overpricing, and constant, unexplained disconnections.
If you were a waiter, I would have not only neglected to tip you, but I would have spoke with your manager as well.
Thank you for disconnecting so often, that leaving my mule on FFXI on overnight is almost unheard of.
Thank you for providing little, to no help when I call.
Thank you for making me wait so long for an operator, that my CELL PHONE DISCHARGES!
You are, by far, the worst Internet service provider out there, and if it were not for the fact that I am FORCED to use you, I would have switched a long, long time ago.
Also, thank you for waiting until the 8-hour maintenance on FFXI is finished, before going down, so I can be interrupted after FINALLY getting to play, while fishing up giant catfish and chatting with a very interesting, intelligent man.
And thank you, for continuing to tell me “Due to the high volume of calls, your wait time may exceed 20 minutes” every other minute even though I’ve been on the phone for 10 minutes waiting for a f__king operator.
And, after 55 minutes on the phone with you horrible people, the best you can give me is “You’re part of the outage and we have no ETA at the time being”

I just had to get that out...I got booted at 10:16 from FFXI, and that's why. Why don't I just get a different provider you ask?
