Sup Reya, when you gonna help me with KS30 lol. Anyways I hate to back him up, but im gonna side with OP on this one if it acutally happen. I dnt condone his behaviro at all but I would be feeling extremely piss as well inside. after 4 hours of themn not hodling the game her preorderd..

I think its really the company's fault for letting too many preorder.. seriously wtf IS the point of preorder if they gonna give yoru shit away. if it was pass the 2 days yeah they are in the right but 4 hours?? come on. I do feel bad for you guys working at ebgames and stuff. This is really compay's fault not the emplyees, but people only see the emplyees infront of them and blame them true they represent the company. but they have to do as policy states. OP did not have to throw a tantrum like a 2 year old. but store selling a reserve game after 4 hours WTF .

Luckily my game crazy friends always let me know whats up for real. they tell me that compay is taking preorders but tehy also let me know how back up they are and how useless ti would be if i preorderr too late. best thing is after soemone dont pick up hteir copy after 48 hours they save it fo me ^^ i think best way to handle would been trying to stay calm as possible and just demeand that he get on the phone an at lesat get the district mananger or stroe mangers numbr so you coudl take it up with them

soryr for no eidts and crapy typing but i did this post one laptop whcih keyboard kinda sucks and while i was on Al zhabi ferry for first time later got to check out eastern empire ^^
 
i did wut i did.. if i was there, i wouldn't change wut i did.. i may have had no right to do it, but i cared as much as they cared about the game i preordered and how many people besides me it affected... So, to all the motherfuckers who work at EB Games and have Customer Service like that i got to say something one more time:

btw, SE kinda messed up east coast shipping x.x; I know at my store we didn't get enough to cover all our pre-orders. So pre-orders ended up being on a first come first serve. So your game just went to someone who got there before you who also pre-ordered :x

Because, unless you own the store chances are you are working for a wage below the poverty line. Plus I know for fact that you don't get commission in EBgames, and to be honest most of the people that work there are the fat computer nerds that think they are better than everyone else. They deserve to be put in their place everyday they look down their noses at people just triing to buy a game. As for it even actually being a video game store, I would have to say that it is sub par at best. Hell Walmart has a better selection of games than most EB/gamestops, most of the time cheaper also.
