rawr... I spent 2 Mulsam (as seen) a Yagudo Drink (didnt need it) an echo drop and a Tavnazian Taco.. plus a Blink Band but I doubt that mattered.

I went into this on a whim and unprepared.. I made my macros outside the BC and stripped down to nothing and walked in..

Went inside, buffed to full, rested up..
Gear was:
Earth Staff
Holy Ampula
Healer's Cap
Promise Badge
Antivenom Earring
Geist Earring
Blessed Briault
Blessed Mitts
Astral Ring
Astral Ring
Cheviot Cape
Penitent's Rope
Blessed Trousers
Healer's Duckbills

I went in and forgot.. to make any offense macros.. so I quickly made my silence, slow, paralyze macros and ran in.. Diaga.. paralyze, flash, stoneskin (I forgot to prebuff it -.-) silence slow.. then I basically let him beat on me.. tossing out cure III's cause the jerk wouldnt let me recast SS for my life.. Flash lasted all of 2 sec.. and Maat can somehow interrupt a cast at 80% plus.. but I won... and it was cheap too.. no Elixers no potions, no ethers, no anything.. I didnt even need the mulsum or yag drinks.. if you go in and do it right you can with simply by having good timing... no meds. ^^

now to level blm to 40 and pray I get my gil back from Assh.. then level whm to 75 :3

only a couple mulsums, 1 yag, 400 hp and over 100 mp, is nowhere near cutting it close in my book, you got it very easy.

look at the time .... you have a 10 minute time limit... he gave up a 9min 42sec..

Congradulations. It's almost time for me to take on the old perv too. Hopefully i can whoop him mlee style and wont get lucky with a steal and get to whoop his ass later.
 
Well in my case i'd fight 1-2 mins and he'd pulverise me, time i beat him, only had like 70 hp left and i killed him while he was readying asuran, that was ctting it close.
 
What type of gear did you have and what skills were near cap?
I'm also gonna try a few random strategies i thought up. One is to go in on either windsday or lightning day and switch to a lightning ring for +15 acc and raac or the ring from garuda for +15 eva after my hp goes under 20%. Before I use vile elixer ect I'll revert back to my normal maat fighting gear for max hp regain
