Precise is still an idiot, invited me to pt, when i get to camp, he had left and the JP pt had added someone else. No big deal, i know, but even still, he was a dick about it after i questioned him. So he's a retard. Period.

since this thread was already necro'ed and i dont have to be the person to do it i will divulge my experience with precise

he is in my limbus/assault linkshell roughnecks, i never had dealings with him until then and when we started the shell i was unaware of his incredible noobness, for starters every assault and libus run i've had the "pleasure" of running with him in the pt he comes rdm/blm with a wing sword and genbu's shield, no stave set, not even a dark staff, as a matter of fact he doesnt even have an HMP set he rests in the same gear that he melee's in which is his lvl 50 jse or a chasuble and princes slops. he lets the tanks get down to red hp before he even considers healing them and even then he is slow to getting the spell off.

aside from him being shitty at his job his attitude is crappy overall, yesterday we tried the assault mission requiem for periqia zone, he was the only mage (our first mistake) he didnt silence any of the mobs or even try to sleep them and due to his not having an HMP set he took forever to rest MP so we ran out of time. after we got out we decided to give it another go with me on rdm and him on drk he decided to log out and leave us hanging

just today after our NW appolyon run he tried to lot on drk af piece even though his rdm is only 67 and our rule is 73+ we told him to pass numerous times and he delayed until it dropped to him and when we tried to reprimand him about it he pretty much laughed in our faces and didnt take it seriously

now i am not the kinda guy that will sit here and say openly that a person is a bad player but in this case i will say that he is a shitty player and a shitty person and i was two seconds away from kicking him from linkshell and i dont know why i was stopped

nah, its actually a really good shell, he's just the black sheep that continues to get second chances because the ldr is too nice, he pissed him off royally today though so i dont see precise having much of a future if he doesnt straighten his shit out
 
I'm pretty suprised that any leader would want them in his shell considering that a lot of people know of this guy already...
 
I'm surprised people remain in the shell. I mean, I understand giving someone the benefit of the doubt. Someone who does things the wrong way consistantly, doesn't take feedback or make any effort to improve shit performance, refuses to pass on something he has no right to lot, continutes being immature and antagonistic, etc. would not be in a shell with me for very long. Either he'd leave or I would. Confrontation is difficult for a lot of people, but in a situation like this, if you don't, you risk losing good members. Second chances are good. 874516813th chances are stupid.

Party leaders have the ability to remove members from a party.
Now, if your shell made him the leader of a party to begin with... what?
