What's so special about it, you wonder? That's Vince taking the time to speak spanish himself instead of being overdubbed by someone else. Billy Mays isn't Bilingual. He may think he can outpitch Vince, but Vince can reach out to more people.

VV Spanish Slap Chop commercial. VV Complete with rerecorded segments (Notice the Slap Chop alternative fucks up the blinds when he throws it towards the sink. It makes the commercial better.)
