They've been having major difficulties with Ragnarok within the past 24 hours. Look at the announcements when you log into POL. I got 18 emails from POL just because of Ragnarok. There are also a few "All Worlds" ones, but my thoughts are that they tried something to fix Ragnarok and it took down all the worlds.
