I never claimed to be the best writer. All this is your opinion, so be it.
It's not really a matter of opinion. There are such things as grammatical rules, and while most people (including myself) break them on a fairly regular basis, there are limits.
I mean exactly what I say. All words I used are all correct for what I'm trying to convey, and they can be used by anyone having their visions come to life.
The words are arguably correct, yes.
Your method of employing them is, however, not.
I mentioned that I was proud of myself. In no way did I suggest pride is the source for contemptibly. To say that I complained about something I did not is one thing. But to complain about pride being some sort of emotional safe zone ? Very silly Rae. Let's not make those kind of assumptions.
To quote, "Of coarse that's not a bad thing. But when someone is proud and boasts a positive attitude toward life. They end up sounding conceited ?"
That's a complaint, by you, about how your statements regarding how wonderful your life is were received. Specifically with a negative response, typically one of contempt.
I'm wondering if you comprehend exactly what I wrote, given the rest of this paragraph.
Excuse me ? I've been a member here for years, there is nothing anonymous about me and here. Perhaps you would rather use the term "random" But even so, all internet forms have unique specifications the members need to abide by. Supremacy does indeed exist in forms like this. And I assure you, the idea of it is more within you than it is I. You don't see me pointing fingers marking someones openness and grading their English skills do you ?
Did your mother name you Anttaru?
You are operating anonymously.
Yes, we have a moniker to attach to your posts, but that is not
your real name. Functionally everyone on this board operates under varying levels of anonymity.
As for the rest of this paragraph, I have to conclude that you're still smoking something, because aside from the crack about grammar nazism, it makes no sense.
Dude. My life has become fantasy like. Like you would not believe. What drives you to think you know what the deal is with me, is probably because you think I'm playing. However it is noted that using such a word will land me some problems here. Having to deal with people who take me for an idiot and such.
Good for you. I never stated, nor even implied, that you were in any way
lying about how wonderful your life was, or that I had some inside angle on the truth of the matter.
What I
said was that your choice of adjectives was perhaps ill-advised, given the context.
You argue that your intent was to convey the idea that your life is going extremely well, and as a result you have less time to spend on this site. What you actually conveyed,
repeatedly, is the idea that your life is going extremely well, and as a result you are somehow
better than this site, and by extension,
better than the people who use it.
That is the kind of thing that garners a distinctly negative reaction.
Untrue. Eilistrae is the victim here. With the opportunity to edit he quotes: I would like to clarify that I did not make this thread and that I did not name this thread either. My post in the original thread was merely used to make a new thread, which I did not ask for to happen.
Eilistrae asking for it or not is irrelevant.
Mirewen, who posted the original topic, was unhappy at the derail on multiple levels, and while I empathize with Eili that the title was perhaps more offensive than required, it certainly conveys the general theme of the posts questioning why anyone is sad that MJ died.
And, frankly, if you walk into a thread like that, and post what she posted, you should perhaps be willing to accept the responsibility of having your opinions advertised perhaps more widely than you originally planned.
I deliver speculation in search of opinion. To pass off a rare point of view as conspiracy theories is unwise in my opinion.
You make the mistake of assuming that people simply read what you write and automatically dismiss it as more conspiracy theory fodder peddled to the gullible.
Which it
is, but it only takes about 30 seconds to determine that. It's not that we don't give it any thought at all, it's that realizing the truth is roughly as difficult as tying one's shoes, and takes about as long.
The world will not be destroyed in 2012. There is no government conspiracy to conceal the existence of UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors. Etc, etc.
