Teen fan tasered by Phillies security after running onto field

The way I see it, Ray Barone here was an idiot for running on to the field in the first place. What I don't agree to is being Tasered for it. Any number of things can happen to your body when you get electrocuted and this could have turned out the wrong way. I think the cop used his taser because he was too fat and out of shape to keep up with speedy Gonzales.
 
so they should have held the game up chasing him around for 10 minutes until they could finally catch him or he got tired and decided to give up?

sorry i don't have any sympathy for the guy, but your right, they shouldn't have used a taser, would have been better if they lit him up with some rubber bullets or projectile beanbags, at least then he'd have some soreness and bruises to remind him what a dumb ass he is.

and yeah i know, a taser CAN have adverse effect if someone has a heart problem or something similar, but I'm of the opinion if he got tazed and suffered an ill effect from it he'd have noone to blame but himself, for being an ass.
 
It's either taser him, chase him, or fuckin' shoot him. I'll vote for the taser. Furthermore, screw the fact that the taser could have been damaging. You mess up, you pay the price. Fact is that the taser is not even likely to cause permanent bodily harm, much less kill someone. To the crowd that say he should't have been tasered, I say he shouldn't have ran onto the field.
 
so i kinda always thought this thing was just something that went with sports and was just one of those traditions people tend to do, as many times as it has happened before...why taser now?

Like I said before, the cop was fat and out of shape and couldn't catch the kid.
 
I think it should say right on the back of your ticket "If you run on the field at any point during the game, you gon' get tasedddd"

Reminds me of my grandmother. She was a big gal. When one of the kids got out of line and she was ready to spank, she'd tell them "Don't you dare run from me. I can't catch you now, but I'll get you twice as bad when you fall asleep." Glad she didn't have a Taser back in those days. lol

Obviously not. What really takes the cake is the first dipshit who got tased. He even called his Dad beforehand asking him for permission to do it. His old man told him it wasn't a good idea but he went and did it anyways.
 
That's funny that someone ran out again Tuesday night. I don't think they tased the guy this time around, although maybe thats what the guy wanted to happen.

i can't agree with this more. If he had kept his dumb ass off the field like he was supposed to he wouldn't have been zapped. simple cause and effect.
 
He did what he did because he wanted to do it. I'm sure he's satisfied now. Also, weed didn't impair his judgment, he already knew full well that he intended to run onto the field.
