the legal system needs a serious tune up. when someone breaks the law by stealing from a store, business, home, ect the owner of said property should be in the full right to neutralize them. time and time again i hear about store policies that tell their employees that they legally cant really do anything because the store might get sued. If thats the case you can just take something from a store, provoke a employee with a short fuse, sue the company, and get even more out of it. does that sound like justice to anyone here, cause it sure as hell doesn't to me.
