Time format on Taskbar

I recently had a huge problem with spyware/malware/trojans etc that took my hours to get rid of, but I finally got rid of everything. Upon rebooting my PC though, it changed my time format to military time. (20:00 instead of 8:00pm). How do I go about putting it back to normal?

Try right clicking the time and choosing "adjust date/time"

Should be in there maybe o. o

Tried, it doesn't say anything about format.

Control Panel -> Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options -> Change the format of numbers, dates and times -> Customize under regional options -> Time tab -> Time format and select one of the two with the lowercase h -> Apply, Ok, then apply in the regional options menu, and voila.
