To Protest Hiring of Nonunion Help, Union Hires Nonunion Pickets

There's something about being paid to demonstrate that strikes me as very wrong.
 
Just saying. Being paid to protest somethig you wouldn't even care about if you weren't being paid, hiring people to protest for you, or organizing children to protest something they don't have a clue about shows a pretty big lack of class imo, and we seem to be seeing a lot of that in the past few weeks.
 
I don't see anything wrong with folks taking the job if they need the employment. Principles and ideals don't pay bills or keep you fed.
 
But principles and ideals are supposed to be the foundation of governance, at least in the United States.

And seriously, I almost managed to say that with a straight face.

Almost.
 
When the governemnt shuts down on Friday and I am furloughed, I am non-revving out of this bitch for a month.
