Sadily this is not uncommon. I know of a player who now plays on my friends account. He took all of her information and told her he never wanted to see her on FFXI. This was her sleeze ball Boy friend. I am hoping she will report this to SE and get her character back. Talk about taking a game too serious there are people who have actually gone to court in real life when getting divorced to get their spouses character just because it would hurt them.

Anyway good luck with your new character. No matter what name your character has you are the person playing it. At least now your old friends can reinvite you to their Friends Lists.

Most def, Keryan. People do some crazy shit over this game sadly, but to me it's simply boils down to just a game.. Never would I goto court over it all though, but that's just me! Thank you though
