Oh PD, he does that to anybody with an open mind who's opinion differs from his. He's like Garvin but without the bipolarity.

not suprising, reading some of the threads he's made he shouldn't be the first to judge a person's character.
 
Well it seems I fixed this whole thread for everyone. Since the rate down system is gone now there's no reason to be upset about any rate downs from him.
