Works By Finnley (lots o pics... beware)

[kaikyaku]

She's a bit shy to post these herself but I think she's does wonders on the GIMP program.

FF11 fanwork is her passion ATM. I really like her stuff.

Very very good CGing skills. I would say the best part about your pics, are the backrounds which have such great detail. Do you do all the backrounds from scratch? And do you do these pics directly in the program you use or do you first scan the lineart?

Your style is very good and pleasing to the eye

[kaikyaku]

most are handmade backgrounds... but say like the last one was a few screenshots with some filters and hand touch-ups to make it look more painterly.

[Isollde]

wow! /applaud! They were all awesome! Great job! Loving the backgrounds!

The Moogle/Tonberry one makes my heart melt. Awesome work.

[Gatttsu]

Fin needs to post more art on the ls forum too, her works are awesome ^^

Another pic by Finnley. This one for Whm Jinky:

[Zerayla]

That is a very "elegant" looking picture. I like the softness to it, and I also like the subtle shading which you seemed to get really good. Nice work ^^

[Solan]

yea thats a great picture

[Sorrowfulturnip]

Should have her read all the compliments shes getting for her drawings. Maybe then she won't be as shy lol.

I forced her to look at the comments

She really is glad people like her works. I hope to post more of her stuff soon.

Thats amazing work. My fav. is the BST and mushrooms for sure. Dunno why, might be the shrooms?

[kaikyaku]

Hi this is Finnley, Kaiks wife ^^. I took out 2 pics that where not finished, and I hope to post them back on when they are done. The beastmaster picture is my favorite too, probably because its of Kaik and I was inspired by him, the better I know a person the more they come through in the picture.
Here's a newone of Jinxy, our linkshell friend who is taking a break for a while.

[Kites]

Finny is really good. She hand draws almost everythin, or makes Kaik draw it sometimes,a nd spends hours messing with filters, with colors, and everything, just to get everything just right. Sometimes, she even rebuilds a drawsing arm, or the direction they are facing. ...
...

But, soemtimes she cheats. D<
Lol, j/k.

[kaikyaku]

HaHa Kites! and I have the perfect example of cheating right here, the building is an obvious manipulated screenshot from wajoam woodlands...It was just too pretty the way it was in the game to mess with.
