Soulstar ninjalotted YYR from Myrrh

Yeah, the screenshots pretty much completely disprove what Zer is saying. Either they have no idea what's going on or they're outright screwing over certain members. Neither looks good on their part, and Xean outright admitting that he told Soulstar to ninja lot the robe, not even counter-lot, but to ninja lot it; means that it's the latter of the two.

One flaw Zer's story: if you weren't aware of any deals and you weren't even there, why did you tell Soulstar to lot? If this was in linkshell chat, someone would have likely mentioned the deal when you told Soulstar to lot, which indicates that you told him to lot in /tells; and that just sounds suspiciously like you knew what was going on. Also, if everyone was there to help Myrrh, like you claim, then Soulstar shouldn't have the rights to lot, since people weren't there for him.

I respect Tim, but honestly I'm having a hard time believing what you're saying about those two at this point. They definitely don't sound like quality leaders.

I guess it comes down to if youve been in the LS or not. Everyone here besides TBH members are looking from the outside. If I could post some screenshots of the help they offer even while XPing I would, but i dont take SS(thats also why i dont blog this game). Anyway, It looks fishy, and mean words WERE spoken, but this is not a common occurence from either of these people. Maube Xean was having a bad day, or he just felt like voicing his opinion, but I still think that they help ALOT more than many LS leaders I have been under. Thats my :2cents:

The only basis I'll ever need is the time I've spent with these two. Like I said earlier, if it wasn't for them, I would have dropped this game like a bad habit. Just say the word "I need help with (Insert AF/Genkai/NM/Prommy/ZM/thelistgoesonandon)" and I know that Zer and Xean will either be there, or make sure someone else IS there.

You have no basis to DISAGREE with me, so your argument automatically fails. If every other member quits because of this, I'd gladly sit in an empty LS with just those two, and be perfectly content that I have all that I ever need a /l away.

You don't have to agree or believe me, but I'd hope those around here that do respect me would at least look at the other side of the argument for two fucking seconds. Thats all I want.

Hmmm, i think we should keep the leaders out of this flames, the point is Soulstar if he respects his own ls mates, he will NEVER ninja-lot his other ls mates. Yes, leaders can ask him to lot, but he could just go ," Nah, it's ok Myrhh can get it first, i will get mine next one."

BUT did that happened? Nooo, he ninja-lotted it at last seconds. So either the title is misleading again, this is flame directed towards Soulstar and not his LS or his leaders.

Unless you've been led by every LS leader on the server, or to be generous, 10% of ls leaders on the server, the statement that they are the best is like my mom telling me I'm handsome.

You have leaders who are either purposely ignorant of the situation or are intentionally screwing over one member. Then you throw in them badmouthing said member and that just about kills any chance of them being the "best LS leaders" in the game. I don't care how many people they've helped or how they're your best-est friend in the whole wide world; they did something wrong. The friend defense never works, and yet there's always people who try to use it.

Hell, from this post, you're almost condoning the ninja-lotting yourself. Saying "it's no big deal, we'll get more," completely ignores the problem and is honestly a stupid position to take. It shouldn't matter if it's an insect wing or a Ridill; an agreement was made and one of your leaders decided to screw over one of their members and not honor that agreement. Soulstar pretty much stole the robe, the actual value doesn't change the crime.

What I'd like to know is, what's happened to Soulstar in the linkshell? He ninja's the YYR, even with the leader's permission and recommendation to do so; so is he just sitting pretty like he did nothing wrong?

And of course I cant edit, so ill PC+1 this... Soul hasnt been online since ive been on so as of right now his current state is unknow.
 
Okay having read the logs...

Zer, you're a stand up leader from what I can see, and on the LS chat logs you're trying hard to run some kind of damage control. I see absolutely nothing negative from you in the entire LS log. You told Soul to lot because you were unaware of the prior agreement that Myrrh would get the first drop. (note: this hinges on the assumption you were NOT aware of said agreement)

Everyone else: You're a bunch of fucking assholes.

Myrrh is most assuredly not a loot whore.

I can attest to that, and anyone who was in Rise will agree. Absolutely anyone and you can take that to the bank.

He didn't deserve this, not in any way shape or form.

People spoke of an amusing occurrence with lotting vs. Necrosis, just a heads up, Necrosis and Myrrh are great friends and always have been. Necro doesn't hold a damn thing against Myrrh, none of you fuckwits should either.

Keeping the leaders out would be the right thing to do if they had not told him to ninja lot the robe. But, since they did tell him to ninja lot the robe, they have a definite hand in what happened and should take some of the heat.

Naw leaders are a big part of this if they are the ones telling the person to ninja-lot. I am actually feeling less like Soulstar is to blame than the leaders in this case, as it is starting to sound as though his decisions were heavily influenced by people he's been trained to listen to.

What exactly is there to argue? Its plain as day they told one of their members to ninja lot an item that was to go to another of their own members, because Myrrh "can't be trusted."

Sure, there are details, but honestly, they claim to not have known any of them.

i have to concur with this except the last part of course ^^
if you were to say "in my opinion, they are two of the best leaders in teh game" then i wouldnt need to respond to that one....but you had the nerve to slander all other LS leaders, most of which are probably better "in my opinion". none of the ls leaders that i would consider better, would ever tell me to ninja lot over another ls mate

True but what i'm saying is that, Soulstar should be the one that is responsible for his action IF he has an agreement with Myrrh before the NM drop YYR. He should just tell his leaders, NO i have agreement with Myrrh not to lot it.

To me, Soulstar's action looks more like hiding behind his leaders after his action. "Oh, my leaders ask me to lot! So i lot!, not my fault!!" etc along that line. Until more SS showed up, that's my 2 cents.

I wouldnt call it slandering, its obviously an opinion, he just assumed you would realize that. Did Tim once call any other LS leader bad?

As with all things, I suppose it is in the eye of the beholder. I have pictures pointing both directions. There is a good drunk on of me in the reality sinks in picture thread from holloween a few years ack when I went as a white flava flave.

The point is, Tim's statement was a little silly, ESPECIALLY considering the time and place it was made. Even if everything came out in the clear and it was a big misunderstanding and everyone forgives one another, I have trouble imagining the best LS leaders even having a situation like this, that could get this far. I personally wouldn't have argued against his statement, but reading his rebuttal to someone who did raised my ire a tad.

Being bullheaded about your loyalties may have played a key in this fiasco. Repeating it in this thread is probably not for the best.

ya, slander is a bit of a strong word, however, he did straight up say "these are the two best leaders in the game" hence the reason i said slander. basically told everyone they arent as good as these two. even tho he has no first hand experience at all of the LS's on this server

Oh, pleaseee... Unless Soulstar is mentally-handicapped (no offense intended) that he is not capable to make his own decision, i will blame him over the ninja-lotting of YYR.

As for the bashing of Myrrh by his "former?" leader, we should probably start a new thread if it is necessary.
