Well I was looking at somepage and I didn't see the hidden effects just the latent.... I would think that they would make some difference. But again as I said I'll leave it up to those that actually play PUP and MNK... I really have no clue... I've always been a bit like "huh" when it come to...

I wouldn't think Waghs would produce higer #'s... but then again I haven't played PUP ... Wags are same DMG w/ higher delay... and don't have any stat boosts... doesn't seem logical to me... but then again .. I don't play PUP so there is some reason I'm sure. Oh well... someone will eventually...
