since no one else has decided to help out, i went ahead and looked it up.. you have ~lvl37 skill, so target any mobs that are 40-45 for the fastest skillups you can get ^^ good luck n happy hunting ^^

NM malboro i believe this is a forced-spawn NM that is involved with a COP quest/mission.. it doesnt drop anything as far as i can find..
