Balin's hands down. It has stats that cater to Spinning Slash, and the DMG is higher. Though, I still say Kasha is the best closer, but then again, I had the gear to make it damn strong.

Solan had some really good points. I'm a 75 DRG as well, and thanks to my Wyrm Armet, my DRG almost NEVER sees a party, if I party, it's on DRK or SAM, which isn't often. Soloing is fun, and gets a decent yield of exp/merits. And for christ's sake, make a damn party if yer not getting invited...

A loooooong time ago, I did a pt of 3 in Bibiki Bay with a NIN, myself on DRG and a BRD....we chained the shit out of everything in sight. We made I think 7 or 8k an hour...it was awesome

It makes healing breath 3 almost as good as a Cure IV when yer at 33% health, or you macro in the Drachen Armet to activate at 50% and macro in the wyrm armet before the breath goes off
