FFXI was the only MMO I've ever liked, I'm definitely getting my friends and myself involved in the new game whenever it comes out. I'll still be in college but whatever, education can take a backseat.

No, there is a HUGE advantage thanks to the lack of bullet lag when you're host. If anything, sniping on non-host helps even it out because you can learn to time the shot and compensate for the lag.
