Charger Mantle aint all that for BLU, back pieces you can live with is either Amemet Mantl +1 or Foragers macroing in Smilodon +1 and Relic Cape for certain spells and such. Since you aint gonna be able to merit Blue Magic Skill, I'd say invest in some additional magic accuracy gear as well.
