    Then you might really want to consider heavenly strike, You'll get less resists on ice damage then water.
    And Rush giving more TP gainback then Spinning dive is a nice factor.

    Don't get me wrong, Rush is not a bad BP really.
    Pred and SD just have more damage potential.

    A lot of people have that.

    That's why the norm of Garuda/Levi has been set really.
    Pretty sad.
    A nice Blood pact is also Chaotic strike because of the stun effect.
    If that lands well, the effect can last up to ~15 seconds.

    However if you're looking into unlocking some of the cat. 2 merits, you should really look into maxing out heavenly strike.

    Rush, it's a funny blood pact. It's the only one that has 5 hits so you could say it should be a more powerful pact then Predator Claws.
    It is also pretty easy to land all 5 hits (note on mobs below level 85), but it usually does not do any more damage then Predator Claws or even Spinning Dive.

    Not even on mobs weak to blunt damage, which type this pact is.
    It is a nice pact however to charge heavenly strike with if you have it merited.
