I made Tom talk to her when she called back. She would have none of my re-assurance lol.
This lady keeps calling the funeral home because she's afraid her daughter is going to cancel her pre-arrangements. My boss left a note in her files that says she called twice yesterday, and on the second phone call, he already assured her that no one can cancel her pre-arrangement plans except her.
Yet she's called me today in a panic, I looked upeehr file and found these notes. I've been trying to call her back but she doesn't seem to be answering. -_- This woman is paranoid.
