Discussing these two for nin, not a job using a ranged gear like rng itself. 10 acc or 3str+5acc+store tp 1 I have both of these and we all know the glory of having a pcc, but I find myself scratching my head on why I would want to lose 3 str and store tp +1 for 5 more acc when I'm 8/8...
