got an odd problem with my new computer.... whenever i'm playing FFXI, or any other full screen game, whenever i try and alt tab to something else it just... pauses for like 3 seconds and then does it, like a full blown 3 second freeze, and when i tab back, it does it again... like, everything...

Well i found out whats the problem.When my char enters sky the cpu usage hits 100 percent... and i'm not running any programs or anything.2 GB ram 9800xt graphic card and about 40gb free space in hardrive.So anyone know wtf is it happening? i'm running virus scan on the folder but no clue so far.
