Anyone know for sure (w examples) if abilities/traits meritted from other jobs carry over? IE, Do my Thunder Acc Merits from RDM lower Thunder IV resists on BLM? Also, Do you get the ability from a sj? Like if you merit Berserk recast for war, would you have a shorter Berserk Recast on...
