Getting my Nomad Moogle Rod in Mordion Gaol...

So today SE finally sent me the Nomad Moogle rod as the Fanart contest prize, but they made a mistake that a rod with 0 charge was sent. (I didn't take a screenshot of the wrong one, this is the one I got now.) And in the next sec (!!) I got that 0 charge moogle rod form the mailbox...

    New Nomad Moogles

I heard that after the latest update, Nomad Moogles were placed in Selbina and Mhaura, but after the server crap that happened the other night, they've disappeared. Is any of this true? I haven't gotten to going out to check yet.
