0019 error

i just got 0011 a few seconds ago
 
DC'd but was able to get back after tryin about 10-12 times.
 
Can't get back on either. Trippy and I are in the same house and we still can't. :/ Sorry DL. Hope none of you guys died. We're not on Comcast. Charter Comm. Cable

I am on comcast, and yes zero I died and HP'd ; ;
 
I'm not even in the same country as you guys so its dfinetly not comcast.

Cant even log into pol, keep getting POl-1558 and 1556 >.<
Kinda strange didnt we have the same thing happen last time there was a large banning of players last year?
 
Have you guys tried kicking your computer/ps2?

Did you guys ever get back in? I'm back to not being able to get into POL
It's getting a bit ridiculous now.. 6 puppies and 2 computers have been assaulted


Edit: It's *only* error 1160 now ... ok right as i say this i get a 0033

Cant log on via PS2 but got thro on PC. Tech phone # is busy and Tech web chat isnt working, gonna try and get help thro a GM.
 
Well after 2hrs of spamming the pol logon(if the POL DNAS check screen hangs to long hit cancel then retry) i got logged onto pol, only to get stuck at the FFXI DNAS check screen >.<
 
Hmmmm got home, and i can't even get through POL either, and the home site wont even come up. Anyone have a idea on whats going on?
 
apparently from reading KI forums, pol servers are down but the ffxi servers are still up.
