Circuit City has the 120GB HDD on sale for $99, in store only. Not the best price per GB but an awesome price compared to what these normally go for. Anyone with an Arcade or a launch 20GB HDD that has been looking forward to the game install feature might want to take advantage of this.

Rumor is some Targets have it for $89. I can confirm CC is selling them at $99 but I haven't confirmed Target.

Edit: Some people have stated that when they went to CC the HDD was listed at its normal price but when they had a price check performed it showed up as $99.

I have a great 120G HD story. I went to Target as they had an add for i think $140 120G HD in the flyer. The sign was up at the 360 section also. I bring it up to the register and it does not scan. They try to make me buy it at $180... After 20 minutes of employee and manager attitudes my girlfriend managed to make em give it to me for free. She is like a Banshee man. But $89-99 is a great price.

Holy shit dude. She's a keeper. If i try to spend $140 on something that isn't for my girlfriend, she gets super pissed.

Free? Wow wtf. Oh and how do you transfer info from one hd to another?

The 120GB HDD comes with a transfer cable and disk. When I get home I can update the post with the process.

The new hard drive gets attached to your console. The next cable is plugged in to your 360 via USB and the other end is the same attachment as a x360's hard drive. I'm not sure if it does it automatically or if there is a disc in there, but that's the gist of it.

There is a disk. The transfer was about 1.5hours.. Note, my HD had like 0 space left as a 20G model.

Well it is transferring as I type this. You keep the original hooked up, turn on the console w/ controller, hook the cable onto the new hard drive, plug the USB end into the rear USB port (specifically states not to use the front ports), then place the disk into the drive. It's all automated from that point.

Edit: It said some of my files were corrupted and not transferred. I'll have to check to make sure I didn't lose save files, games, or additional content...
