Lloo is the richest Bastokan I've ever seen and I hate him. Always standing outside my moghouse synthing Strong Cap after Strong Cap, and I'm not sure but I think he has henchmen all over the city. I've seen people who fish in the markets trading with him in the back of the mines district. He must be stopped. We must join together and synth on top of him and hopefully all that we synth will be HQ also. I also think he was origionally a San Dorian. THat in and of itself is enough for us to expel him from our fair city.

They patched that a long time ago, not to mention /blockaid on. The only way to do that is if you joined their pt, and casted curaga on yourself.
