17 Year old Decapitated at Six Flags Georgia

All jokes aside.. dipshit deserved it.

Least now he cant reproduce.

I'll be pissed if the family tries to sue and especially if they win >.> that was a dumbass move on the guy's part.. and the consequences were paid for.. always consequences :|

There is a fence and a nice "Do Not Enter" sign. There is no case to begin with. If they do try to sue, it'll be a testament to his family bein' the reason he was so brilliant. However, they prefer to blow money, they probably don't have, instead of their lives.

The sad part is this was his last family event before he was due to visit Europe. He would've loved the topless beaches.

It's America... we try to sue for everything, even when it's not our fault -_- and a lot of times stupid people win when they shouldn't...

All jokes aside.. dipshit deserved it.

:D hence, DARWIN AWARD!

im so sorry i had to

im so going to hell now

but seriously this is one of those freak accidents that is unfortunate but still happen =/

It's not a freak accident if it can totally be avoided, imo.

Natural selection at its finest.

generalizations tend to come from the truth :D

More accurately, generalizations tend to come from ignorance. You cannot paint every human being with the same brush. I've met teeenagers more responsible than adults. And yes, I said that in the plural.

This particular teen was a moron. Doesn't make every one of them one.

Here's a generalization: you put some type of emoticon in every post you make. Therefore, it must be true.

It's like the Internet! Everything on it is automatically correct!

Oh god, all the head puns are making my... no, that's too obvious.
Speaking of suing, whatever happened to the family of the guy who got into the tiger's cage? Did the family sue? Did they win?

Actually, that's not true. Of course there's teenagers that are more responsible from adults. Elemmire didn't say all teenagers are reckless and stupid. Of course there's adults that are reckless and stupid too. What elemmire said was that, from her experience, a majority of teens are more reckless and stupid than adults. Why I wouldn't agree that a majority is, I would agree that a larger amount of teenagers than adults are reckless and stupid?

You know why? Because it is a fact that the brain is not fully developed until 20-21. That means that teens aren't fully matured, and can be more curious and stupid then they would be as adults. Naturally all aren't, as a lot are still cautious and smart enough to not put themselves in direct danger. Naturally there's adults that are less mature then teenagers as well, but as a rule of thumb, adults will be more mature, cautious and more aware of their well-being then teenagers.

For example, nowadays that we know cigarettes are bad for us and those around us, how many adults over the age of 21 (note; in recent years) do you think have started smoking in their adult years? How many teenagers do you know that have started smoking?

He was 17, a lot of teens think they are invincible. I really do feel for his family, just a horrible situation all around.

Better?
