2 questions FAME/RSE

Ok - a few quick questions...that I am sure have been answered a billion-gajillion times already...but it is Monday, and my brain is mush. Please help me out if you can!

#1 - FAME....I read somewhere that fame is fame is fame. Meaning that each time you are in Sandy and trading bat wings, gives you just as much fame as the Mary's Milk quest. ***This can't possibly be true, is it?***

#2 - RSE - does anyone have a link to a site that gives the RSE schedules? My Cent. armor is beginning to chafe. ><

1. I think repeatable quests wind up giving less fame than non-repeatable quests. But you are still gaining fame. A friend of mine maxxed his Sandy fame just by trading in tiger fangs.

I was supposed to be going to Gusgen tonight to get mine...but our internet at home is acting up and I can't log in...I may have to wait till like the 12th of November to get it now As far as the fame...my understanding is that repeating repeatable quests does increase your fame...not sure if it increases it to the same extent as doing new individual quests though.

either in an official (crappy) printed guide or elsewhere,
I had seen something to this effect:

"...if the quest is simple and quick a little fame is returned, but
if you have to go half-way around the world then you get more
fame for that quest..."

I don't remember the source but it seems right.

As far as Sandy is concered, I've heard that repeating the quest where you give the caslte floor plans to the guy decreased sandy fame. So don't this one over and over =P

Yeah, depending on how tough the quest is I think you get slightly more fame. I did the zinc ore quest for Norg Fame around 30 times. Then I did the Ninja Flag quest, Utsusemi, and Tonko quests and from what I remember my fame level went up. It may have been luck though, so I can't prove anything.

the longer quests dont neccisarliy (sp) give more fame. doing the repeatables is not quite as much but still close. i really think the best way to do it is Windy: turn in coronets that you buy from bastok when they are in first; Bastok, and Sandy: take boyahda moss to the sheep farmer in selbina (cabbage or corn if you have less money, but it takes much more) he gives you most of your money back on this you just have to make the trip. 18 stacks will get you about FULL fame in bastok, sandy and jueno. or for Jueno: do the quest where you run through town turning on the street lights. once or twice on this is nearly a full lvl up for fame.

i see people posted links to the RSE clocks. the one thing in this is your own PC clock must be acurate. or it throws it all off
