Hoo boy.
A few hours ago, my dad accidentally locked himself out of his car. He calls my mom, who then calls me to get the spare truck keys and get directions to where he is. I do so, so that when she comes home she jots down quickly where she needs to go and heads out.
Apparently, somewhere along the way, she gets a call from her work that one of her co-workers who called in sick today passed away. As you could probably guess, she's flustered just from that, and gets lost. My dad, being the insensitive prick that he is, stacks on top of that by getting mad at her for taking so long. I doubt she told him why she's flustered, but knowing my dad he probably didn't give her the opportunity to.
And now my girlfriend's stuck at school because her mom blew her off for her boyfriend, and her dad's too busy. I'd like to go pick her up, but since my mom's lost in fuckitall valley, I'm basically stuck here.
