300 work out

damn thats nuts compared to the program im doing now, im doing the beach body power 90 program.
beach body guaraunteed in 90 days. Its a mixture of watching calories, managing your portions, doing the workout which is definantly a slammer and i know it only gets worse when i get to part 4 and 5 after my 45 days of alternations programs 1 and 2. but its worth it and so far im really enjoying the experience, i dont think i could handle to 300 work out at this point, maybe ill try it after my 90 days are up XD

(also, if you are interested in the power 90 DO NOT BUY IT, look up infomercial scams for it, while the program does work and ive seen no negative feed back on those who stuck with it, what they do to your credit card is horrible and sad, i was going to order it but i did my research and downloaded it instead.)

haha, well i actualy need to change my diet, i eat like shit and im goin to be in boot camp in august, SOO i gotta eat different foods and such but my buddy is playing college football and i dont even feel anything with his work out and the leg work i dont need i can already leg press upwards of 550 :\

go to www.calorie-count.com and make an account there, they have every food you could eat listed and you can keep track of what you eat so you dont go over your calorie limit, it also keeps a chart if you keep it up to date that shows your progress, tells you how much you need to lose and everything, gives you goal dates etc. ive been using it latley, its pretty in depth.

edit: also look up michi's ladder, nice seperation of the best things to eat in groups, from best to worse.

i dont need to lose weight i already lost 30 pounds from hockey last year and kept it off by working out now im trying to put it back on via muscle :)

DAY ONE i did it in a hour and i can barley move i feel like a jello snack

All exercises are done without scheduled rest between moves. Obviously this is an advanced workout...you shouldn't do it unless you are already in great shape.

I need something to get there first >.>

I'm not fat, I've very thin. But I'm not very strong lol

As with ALL work outs it has to be taken with a grain of salt. ALL workouts are aimed at a general population model. a Man of say, 150-175 lbs, average weight average height and average build. These kinds of workouts are made so your advanced athelete can pick it up and take their body to the next level. i have a buddy out here with me who's doing the 300 workout, he's in pretty good shape like most army guys but it still leaves him wiped every time.

An excercise routine or workout is exactly what you put into it. if you always give it 100% all the time you'll get peak benefit off anything. It's a nice goal and if you can do this it'd leave you in very good shape but... it's almost always better to go to a fitness professional, have them do a fitness asessment and establish where you're at now, where you want to be and how to get there in a healthy way.

Nutrition plans are more important than all the pills powders and drinks in the world. Counting calories is an ok way to do it, but i find that too tedious. Personally, i find if anyone makes a plan to eat healthier and wants to do it, all the materials are available to them. Don't eat more or less, just eat different or work longer and harder. Almost all of the basics of healthy eating are out there in common knowledge. eat more fruits and veg, cut the fat out of the meat, try and keep the carbs in sync with how much you do. make sure you get your daily totals of vitamins, and try to even go overboard on certain vitamins. Vitamin C will buffer your immune system and help your body repair. make sure you get potassium to help break down the lactic acid in your body to keep you from getting stiff. little things a fitness expert can help you with.

For some people, and some body structures you may never reach that goal of looking like a walking tank, A fitness expert or a physician can help you determine what kinds of workouts will benefit you most in muscle growth and in muscle strength. I worked out a good plan with my local base health staff which includes a good dose of cardio in the morning and a proper weights plan at night.

I tried the 300 workout (the original one) with my buddy and we both finished in about 28 mins (those floor wipers are murder). It's an intense workout but it's not the right type of workout for me. it just doesn't focus on the muscles i want most.

i need a new diet.. if i dont start dieitng right. the day boot camp comes(im a picky eater) im just gonna close my eyes shove the food in my mouth and chomp down.... so i gotta try new foods

Diets suck! Just do what I did, eat 1/2 of what you are eating atm. It worked for me and can work for you too.

well half of what i eat would be "half a grilled cheese half a cup of spagetios and half a hot dog" i mean i need to expand and eat new foods cuz i dont eat alot of fruits, or noodles
