360 Controller W/ PC version of FFXI

[StanDarsh]

Wasn't too sure about where to post this, but this seems appropriate enough.

Does anyone currently use a 360 controller to play FFXI on the PC version? I'm having a bit of trouble finding a way to get the drivers and program to help make it work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it's a wired controller, just plug it in and windows reconizes it pretty quickly. If not, you can google "Xbox 360 Controller for Windows"

For wireless? I have no damn clue. XD Sorry.

As long as your computer can do Bluetooth, you ought to be able to do it with just a charge wire. You will have to plug it in the first time, but not sure about subsequent times.

As for drivers and programs, the last time I looked into it, your only option realistically is the Microsoft ones.
