So, I've started the download of the Crackdown demo. I hear it's good. I'm excited. Well, then I pop in Gears of War for a little locust killing, and suddenly my Crackdown Demo stops downloading. The message I get is:

CRACKDOWN DEMO DOWNLOAD HAS BEEN STOPPED*

I'm not exactly sure if I missed a setting somewhere? I am hooked up to Xbox Live through a wireless internet card. Would that have something to do with it?

Thanks for your help guys!

*note: this might not be the actual message. I'm too lazy to go and try it again because I'm almost 90% done. Really, it's pretty damn close to the message.

I have had the same problem. I think i found you can't play a game at the same time your downloading. I DL'd it also i just let it run untill it finshed. You know if you buy Crackdown you get a Halo 3 beta (gogo gamestop trying to boost numbers) hope i helped peace

Usually, when you start up a game, it signs you out of Xbox live. No real problem, it does that for every game, I believe.

Also, the demo is pretty awesome. Play around with how powerful you can get, lol

Hm. I could've swore my friend played Ninty-Nine-Nights while he downloaded something. Oh well, I guess I could just re-sign into xbox live when doing that? We'll see.

Time to download some Space Ghost though.

"Oh, that? That's Old Kentucky Shark!"

some games you can download from marketplace while you play. other games will not let you if its a high online content game, such as GOW, you cant even play single player by yourself if xbox live goes down on GOW unless you unplug your ethernet cord.

Also, I have the full version of crackdown and i must say FUN AS HELL!!!! gotta love takin out gangs and plowing your way to the kingpin! Jumping rooftop to rooftop collecting agility orbs!
