For the last couple days I've been hearing and seeing reports on a supposed 3rd hand smoke and the risks involved.
Apparently the smell that lingers on smokers, in their hair, on their clothing contains the same toxins and is just as dangerous to our health.

So what's the solution people?
Do we further segregate smokers? How? Professionals are already required by law to stand 15 -20 ft from doorways etc. Don't get me wrong, as a smoker myself, I have never liked forcing my toxic smoke in anyones face.
Do we demand they change their pants & coats before entering after a midday smoke break? Or wash their hair before allowed back to work?
I've thought, why doesn't the governments, the powers that be, outlaw smoking. Well, didn't take me long to figure out (back when I was maybe 15) that they just make too much money from it.
The silly thing in Canada is... a HUGE percentage of our medical expenses are covered by the government. The government makes tons off the tobacco tax, but then pay out how much in a year per EACH individual riddled with lung cancers, tongue/mouth cancer not to mention the number of other diseases caused by smoking.
What's the deal?? Or is it propaganda??
