Don't they keep a record of previous addresses and billing information? If so, you should be able to prove that you're the rightful owner, especially if you have CD keys and all. Maybe you just talked to the wrong CSR. I'd say call back and try being extra nice and patient with them (since they obviously have no retention policies). If the person isn't being helpful or is blowing you off, try requesting to speak to their superior. That usually works for me when calling customer service.

My friend just got his account back after being hacked I guess he was lucky they only stole his gil and stuff and not his whole character. Sorry about your character.

I talked to 3 or 4 people about it, they all said the same thing. Without the current billing address and cc info they won't do anything. Even when I gave them the pol reg code. I made a new char, Julore. level 7 monk :O gunna hopefully be 75 sam by jan. <.<

Ask them if they still have the info from the day the account got created. They can be very annoying. but maybe you are lucky .

I never really understood their reasoning behind the CC info. Since they don't approve of selling accounts then the codes should be more then enough. Sometimes SE confuses me.
