60+ Thief equipment questions

ok so my thf is 60, i'm nearing 61 and i'm starting to question gear again.
Amlet mantle adds attack, where i've been using nomad's mantle that adds agi.
would i bennifit more from att or agi? should i use amlet mantle during DE and SA's, and use nomad's during just regular TA?
Help me out you high lvl thfs that "understand" what's going on. I'm comparing a lot of sorces of information before making my final choice. gear swaping isn't an issue, i do plenty of that as it is.

10-15 attack and 1-2 Str is more noticable as a whole than the 1-2 Agi you get form the Nomad's(+1).

Personally I was greatly pleased when I had one less piece to macro in. I got my Amemet's +1, and it's never left my back slot on thief since 61. I swap around roughly 36 different Pieces of equiptment, that's almost the only slot I never touch.

I'm sorta nOObish on meleeing gear swaping, i have to admit. but yeah, i'd agree that the attack and str is a deffinat bonus.
i wear SH snippers and life belt to get tp
and black coharte (something like that) deft rings and royal knights belt for SA or TA atm. I'm taru (as you can see in the picture thats me) what area's should i concentrate on?
