So, my friend convinces me that today, we'll get lucky. After f-!king literall 0/100+ on NMs that drop something worth over 30k, we go and camp in Oztroja, and in the past two days, wind up with something along the lines of
Mee Deggi 0/5
Xalmo 0/3

That makes me now 0/14 Deggi, 0/9 Xalmo.

Now, I'm EXTREMELY F-!KING PISSED at that. But what makes it...well, a bit unbearable.....three times Mee Deggi has popped behind me, just far enough so that I can't see. Every f-!king time this has happened, someone gets him, and the kote has dropped. It happened again today, and the last two were the reasons I quit camping these dicks in the first place. Mengtan, or whatever the f-!k your name was, I hope you trip while jaywalking through heavy traffic. He's gotten like, three kotes. TODAY.

I swear to god, the saying "The rich just keep getting richer while the poor just keep getting poorer" applies so strongly to this game, it's utter bullsh-!t. Especially considering I can name half a dozen people who've probably killed less NMs than me and have a good 30mil MORE.

That seriously is bad luck, but dont worry i think everyone would get pissed off if that happened to them once, let alone 2 or 3 times. NM camping is all based on luck, somedays your lucky, someday your not. In your case your luck should pick up soon so keep at it, remember you gotta be in it to win it :wink:

Mish your right, SE should design some form of limit in drops or nm claims. Like maybe someone can only claim a spcific nm once every 72 hours. This might limit the monopolisiing for nms and give other folk a fair chance.

Gotta agree with ya Jem... -_- they needto lower drop rate based on how many time that person's gotten the drop, or limit claim amounts or something....the fact that some people can go 0/15+ on some NMs while others are 5/5 and crap is the biggest load of crap ever.

Don't even get me started. Camping Jaggedy-Earred Jack will most likely blow any other camper besides maybe Phraust out of the water lol ... I have killed Jaggedy-Earred Jack more times than I can even count, and I am still 0/Forever. Not to mention the 0/40+ I am with Stroper Chyme. The only NM I have been lucky with is Leaping Lizzy, Valkurm Emperor, and Poisonhand. The boots and pin I actually used, and the Gi I killed with someone else and split the profits. I rarely camp NMs. That is why I am a gardener, and should have the title "Martha Stewart of Vana'deil" How many people do you know can afford the armour I have off gardening lol

Anyways, keep it up Mish, or take up a new means of getting money lol

Anyway, do you really keep that track of NMs that well? I know I'm 1/1 from Bloodpool Vorax and the fish that drops the Holy Ampulla. Other than that, I'm not really sure what my numbers are, mostly 0/alot.

It sounds like a total ripoff of Futurama. The game chooses if you will be successful or not before you even start......OooOOooo...

I don't really camp many big money NM. I've always been a farmer/quester/gardener. I'm getting into bcnms more, but I have yet to do anything over thirty. *Outside the Treasure Chest one...*

However, I have killed a good deal of NM. The only one who ahs EVER dropped for me is Geyser Lizard.

I've only killed Lizzy twice and Emperor once. No drops. I had to farm for my hairpin.

...I can't stand camping an NM with a long pop time knowing it may very well pop behind me and I just wasted so much time.

Emote got boots earlier today while I was raising Paladin. Right behind me. I run through that area every single time I farm... NOTHING! Lizzy has never popped in the hundreds of times I run through there.

When I was raising Monk, Ranger, and Paladin she pops.

For me with Stroper, yes. But 0/40 is common with him even with TH2. With Jaggedy though, no TH2. Then again, Phraust has killed him how many times with TH2 and no drop, so I guess I just have shitty luck on NMs with shitty drop rates.

Well before when Stroper only popped in two areas, the normal ration for a Ring was about 0/30.... but getting at least 30 Chyme's back then was quite the bitch

I'm just saying people without th2 or without a partner who has th2 shouldn't waste their time nor the other campers who either are 45+ THFs or have 45+ THFs with them. Yea, yea, I know everyone should have a fair shot, but in all honesty, people are wasting NM's left and right everyday.

I guess if you had at least TH1 I could understand, but still......just yuck!

I could name one guy who is filthy rich, and how did he make his millions? By walking a naked mithra to jeuno, planting him by the guide stone, and letting him spin while bazaaring 5000g shihei.

I swear everytime i check his bazaar he's missing stock from earlier. If he indeed did sell that many shihei for that price... well... he's probably got more than 20 mil off that alone. -_-
