from what is considered to be a Terror attacks.

3 busses and 2 trains exploded, in what the police think is terror attacks.

hmm, nvm. news said earlier 90 <.< 2 dead and atleast 90 wounded that is confirmed. That's not as bad, but still terrible =/

yeah. The news in Sweden said 90 dead... But I think they were full of shit then, now they changed it to 2 confirmed dead

Aye i live in manchester and i just heard about this on the radio on my way to college this morning. Uzor almost gave me heart failure when he said 90+ people dead, as i heard that there was no dead found at the report i heard this morning.

I hope that no one else has died because of this cowardly attack. Who do you guys think is behind this? My dad thought the G8 protesters could have done this.

well since London won 2012 Olympics, could be people VERY angry about that!
 
A little update, i've just got home from college and i turn on the news.
They say that the bombing were co-ordinated with the start of the G8 meeting, Tony Blair might be coming back from the meeting now.
So it looks like theyve tried to disrupt the G8 meeting.
 
I never caught it all, but i'm pretty sure the news said an islamic website is claiming responsiblity for the bombings.

Not to compare, or downlplay either event, but did London just have its version of Americas "9/11"? Its a serious question, but has London been attacked this bad? Also what changes will they now have if infact it is Al Queda or another terrorist group? Pretty much I mean is Britain going to get their version of the Patriot Act?

I'm watching on the news right now and this guy on CNN is saying that Americas transportation is very safe, and this and that. But that is a bunch of BS. Any terrorist can get on a train and just suicide bomb himself. Maybe not in Washington DC or NY, but they can.

37 current confirmed dead, 700+ injured. 6 explosions over the city, 5 underground on the tube, 1 above ground on a bus.

No, we will never have a version of the patriot act. The public would not stand for such a blatant disregard for their right to freedom. We have already had to deal with innocent citizens being sent to the hellhole that your government set up in guantanamo bay.

The event may be deplorable, but we will not allow the government to use it as a tool to increase their power and rule with fear and the threat of further attacks as Bush has.

We were attacked out of retaliation for occupying their country. WE SHOULD NOT STILL BE IN IRAQ. The violence against US and UK soldiers happens because we are occupying their country.

We got rid of Saddam (Good thing), we helped set up a democratic government (Good thing) but we still have armed soldiers occupying their country, why?? For peacekeeping? The violence is against our soldiers and in protest against our occupation. If we left, that wouldnt happen anymore.

Us being in their country ony gives them excuse to insigate violence against us.

The thing that annoys me more is the constant linking of Iraq and Afganistan. Afganistan was/is the home of Al Qaeda and the terrorist supporting Taliban. They were responsible for 9/11 and the Taliban were dealt with after.

Iraq was completely different, and not connected to 9/11 or Al Qaeda AT ALL, despite Bush's continued insistance of assosciating them together.
