End Game is a term, more than a “You have beat the game”. Being an RPG there really is no end, well unless you get every job to 75, do every quest in every town. Every mission in every town, have all your crafts maxed out, etc. Provided SE keeps putting out new content for the game, it will go on forever.
You really can't do everything for one reason: storage space. Sure, those AF tickets help, but then there's abjuration armor too. You'd need to be 75 at all jobs, rank 10 in all nations (didn't skip the skippable missions), complete all quests, 100 fishing, 100 some other craft, 60 in the rest of the crafts (and a bunch of mules at 100 in other crafts with 60 at the rest), and here's the kicker: you'd need endgame merit gear and endgame HNM/gods/Dynamis gear, for some jobs the same thing (like RNG I'm guessing?) but for some jobs there might not be one piece of equipment that is the same for both (PLD with full Koenig). You just couldn't carry all that crap. But hey, if they keep adding Gobbiebags, and the game lasts five or six more years, someone is going to do it.8)
