I just got out of the hospital today. The best the doctor could come up with is that i bang my leg and some how it became severely infected. Back on topic ... i was being treated by the nurse meds blood pressure pulse etc and during this i was feeling really depressed scared etc. While the nurse was taking care of me for around 15-20 Min's my phone started ringing off the hook both my room phone and cell the nurse said wow you have a lot of people that care for you. i then started to explain that all those phone calls were from people that play FF XI. she asked what is that i told her mmorpg blah blah blah .....
she said to me its like wow my cousin plays wow i said sorta but only better lol.
she also said that my mood seemed to be better that all my friends in Philly called and were concerned... when i explained i only met ppl irl life and that none of the calls were from Philly that they were from friends in Ca, Oh , NJ, NY' and other states she was really impressed ....BUT NOT AS IMPRESSED AS I WAS..
here i was in the hospital like i mentioned before really scared depressed worried <thinking about what the doctor told me .. that if i waited another 2- days longer to be treated and not seek help when i did there was a possibility of severe blood infection amputation etc> and then phone started ringing and it was my friends from ff xi other than family only 1 coworker called to check up on me and only 2 real life friends and here my phone is ringing and it was my geeky nerdy gaming friends genuinely concerned about my well being wishing me well and wanting me to get back in game asap. To all that called Duffdeliveryguy, Thefonz , Naokochan, Darthyoda and others that called thank you it really cheered me up put me in a better mood even my mom and sister were impressed when i told them . i know what i just wrote <poorly at that> may sound corny but.. it made a big difference on how i felt and made the hospital stay bearable thank you very much
PS i also had 33 tree cuttings growing between my main and 3 mules and only 5 died even my moogles took care of me lol
