A day without a linkshell.

This is kinda sad and pitiful, but i guess i just wanted to say something to everyone.

My Linkshell and I had some differences. There were a lot of good ppl in it but i just couldnt stand being in the same room with several of the members and a couple days ago i had it. I told them where they could go, I said sorry to the ones who had been great all along, and I tossed my pearl.

Anyways, having no where else to go, i spent the day shell-less.

It was very lonely.

Each time something interesting happened to me i started typing /l hey guys...
Then i realized...
Oh.

No one to tell about that new lvl gained.
How pretty i looked in full RSE.
That blm with the most anoying macro's ever.
How long i had been LFG today ><
The guy with the weird-yet-cool name i saw in Jeuno.

No one to ask if they wanted to go farm.
Get a new item.
Help some newbs.
How much crystals were at the AH.

No one to laugh with.
No one to BS around and just hang with.

So... If you have a good linkshell, all i can say is treasure it.
Good friends, REAL friends, are hard to come by in this game.
And because you dont want to spend a day.
Without a linkshell.

Do you rock as hard as inward singing? Because that is the only real way to achieve non-stop rocking, otherwise your just rocking half the time.

Really good linkshells are hard to come by. The Crimson Pirates is pretty much my family. I couldn't go a day with Marael making some snide remark about something she's observed, Mithe telling everyone how utterly sexy he is (Even if we know it's not true ~_^), Aidyn trying to prove to everyone he is, in fact, a Treasure Hunter, not a theif (Keep trying buddy >>), and Ranphamansuura eating someone because she's a weird cannibal ... the list goes on and on and on.

I remember when we were switching pearls, going from white to red (cuz the first time I accidently made the ls white >>) and we were pearless for about a day. I couldn't take it! I was so miserable lol.

I love my ls. The day they disband is the day I quit FFXI.

heh, yeah. being sans-pearl is not fun for someone who is used to one. I had to get my mules all pearls, because i didnt want to be without one at any time lol

Also, Mistaya, you are welcome to join my LS if you wish. we actualy have only one moron, and he's not all that bad XD

I was given a pearl within the first few days of starting the game and was thankful to have a group I could talk to and seek advice from. They were pretty decent, but now I'm in the RainbowCarnage LS and love it. I couldn't imagine not having that background social chatter with Rimare and Dakko and the others.

Conversely, I haven't missed one much at all these many weeks.


Being a Shell-less Beastmaster makes for an entertaining single-player game.
