A few ppl to avoid pt'ing with

Rimmer This guy has NO IDEA when he has to use {Provoke} He had 12 HP left and i had 154...He voked and died...RIGHT AFTER I VOKED IT...not very much i get to see a WAR like this.

Lolindor This must be the worst WHM in a pt ive EVER seen...I was in a pt with him and He hardley used any MP on us and just kept curing himself...WHEN HE HAD ALMOST FULL HP!And I even had it voked

Zeles A WAR who doesn't voke at all... I dlvled because of this.

This was the WORST Party I have ever been in...Try to stay away from partying with these ppl
 
been noticing alot of gilseller invs around the low to mid 60s. wat out for invs from these doods as all the pts i've given a half hearted attempt to try to join as i'm a mnk and can't afford to be picky about invs, all these pts either never formed or died in transit somewhere to a camp save myself:

Alainbird (someone told me s/he was a gilseller, entire pt wiped out in transit in boyhada tree)

asurathief asked me to pt the other night >< glad i turned it down for a prime fight .. i'ma be half paranoid about everyone now lol
 
The Rimmer guy doesn't sound so bad...

Maybe he just needs to learn a bit more. If they have the balls to provoke you can fix that. Very hard to fix a whiner who wont voke.
 
I laugh at idiots. Newbies were fine but idiots ahaha. First off if your going to post a rant get your story straight. First off our pt was new to FFXI. Second off, reason I was curing myself cause noone provoked at the start of the fight; bull I had hardly any HP I was dropped to 7 before anyone voked. I did try and heal you when you were getting hit, only to watch the warrior voke and die.

A few notes: Zeles is a THF, Rimmer didn't have a provoke macro, Cobrah disbanded right after( I don't remember him dying either hmmm),
I've played WHM before; I was level 21 Fenrir been there done that.

Idiots are funny.
 
I have level 75 on all jobs. Except it was on a test server that got deleted when FFXI launched :roll:

If you sucked, you sucked dude. Face up to it.

Heh, that reminded me of how someone in the dunes told me he/she had a lvl 75 Samurai. I asked him what his subjob was. After about two minutes he/she replied telling me they didn't need a subjob because they could kill everything in one hit with Blade: Ku.......... :roll:

When you say Zeles is a Thief are you saying they couldn't have voked, or that they shouldn't have?

Because if a Thief has voke *Warrior sub* and someone is dying, they'd better damn well use it. Period.
 
No I don't suck at WHM, I'd love to see how long you lasted casting cure while having hate. Also she did have WAR subbed I THINK, but the thing is we had 2 WAR and him with sub, she should voke last.
 
I've pt'd with Lolindor a few times in the dunes, and I think once in qufim when he was BLM.
By no means was he a bad blm, nor a bad player as you claim.
In fact I had a lot of fun with Lolindor and his friend Meleah, and if I had the chance to pt with either of them again I would.

As far as Thief voking last, I tend to think to the contrary.

I'd have to say before twenty-eight a Thief can take a hit almost as well as a Warrior if they go all out on their gear. Not to mention Sneak Attack + Provoke + Perfect Dodge has saved many a situation where the wrong person has hate or the tank is dying.

I'm not going to argue on and on, because you say yourself you were all new at the time. I will give my own opinion on Thief though, and that is that they make an excellent emergency voke.

Simple fact: There are two jobs with 2hr that make you pysically immune for thirty seconds. Thf and Pld.
 
Eh whatever bud thats your opinion, as for this mess if you saw what happened this guy is just mad about dying and looking for someone to blame. Enough arguing whats done is done.
