If I was him (I always build sweet parties so this hypothetical is impossible, but for the board..) Hypothetically speaking... In the same scenario I would have told the party, "Sorry guys this OBVIOUSLY will not work out. Which it obviously wasn't.

People to have such shitty attitudes toward others ingame is just absurd.

People still do, it hasnt gone totally babysitter dunes yet, amazingly so people still do want to instead of tanks being yelled at 'Dont voke off the PL' and 'Dude let the PL tank its simpler.'

On a funny note I once watched a dunes party rescue its PL from 3 gobs that agroed the lv 27 rdm lol it was quite hilarious and prob more work than that party thought they'd be doing that day.
 
if i'm feeling particularly malicious, i go to the dunes cast blaze spikes and start to PL a random party...

Actually over a year ago.. Some RMT were pting in crawlers nest and I kept trying to mess up there exp and was wasting my time. BTW Puni ur da man.

I'm actually kind of glad to say I do. I try not to get a PL as it makes the new guys think it is normal for someone to ask for a PL. Teach those kids how to play instead of making them so reliable on a PL. Maybe they will learn how to do their jobs and not be another one of those 75's everyone is bitching about because they were PLed to 60 and don't know their job.

When I first started PLD, I refused to listen to the "don't voke off the PL" I needed Healing skill and Shield skill, as well as practical skill (just playing the job). PL's are a safety net, and should be treated as such.
