A Little Chochobo Help

So I left the game shortly after the chochobo's were added as pets and I don't really know how the breeding works. I dont really want a chochobo bad, but I do want one that is blue. It realy the only color I want (either blue bird or no bird). From asking around I've kinda heard that for the best chances at a blue birdie I should find two people who own blue chochos and get them to breed. My question is, is this true; and if so how do I find breeders? Also I have no clue if there is like an AH for chocho ass but I'm sure I'd be willing to pay for a blue birdie if anyone knows where to look for it.
