ONLY if you are PTing with a bard. I think these will be best for you over any other Evasion earring. +5 evasion SKILL. So that 10 from both and 12 if you can get the HQ.

I am pretty sure HQs are cheaper than Elusive. And they are lv52.

The latent effect is that you have to have a song on you. Any song, doesn't matter.
 
My static has a BRD and a NIN, it is any song. Yet another reason bards kick ass.
 
nin brd rdm war blm sam is 1 of best normal partyis u can have
as brd can haste nin and rdm so there recast is so low
with haste on the war and brd song

also theres a earring when blinded +15 ev have 2 of them on u just in case
 
Yes, thanks to these earrings I have an overpowering 220 evasion on my bard with a song up. It is any song.
 
Only thing is you NEED a bard, which it seems the moment one pops up, they already have a party. So unless you have a static with a bard, it's not an alternative but another set of gear you will want/need. Some actually prefer drone earrings over +evasion earrings so you may even want a third set as well.

This makes it excellent for stuff like chardybis(or however it's spelled), many CoPs, some god fights, some NM pop item god fights, most of these cases where it's common you have a BRD, not to mention, the CHR helps hold hate better.

It sure does when you wear Opo-crown and don't realize you didn't pop a Pamamas so you wind up failing Charm on Spelunking Sabotender 20x in a row. Not even a voke would get that thing off me. =P

CHR doesnt affect provoke at all, thats what I was trying to say. I dont know if you're saying that it does or just telling us about charm without CHR....So im not gonna say anything

Fixed. I have no experience with CHR & hate, but I can guarantee it does sweet f_ck all for voke.

While we're dispelling rumours: Tungi has no hidden effect, Don Knotts died a virgin, and Ishaela is actually a man.

Go tank and eat a jack-o-lantern, it has -10 CHR, and see how easily you'll lose hate, compared to if you didn't eat it.
 
I thought most ninjas knew about these already?

I staticed with a bard from 66-74 and evaded most everything with the hq versions. Always carried em with me in case I got a bard party. This was over a year ago...
 
while we are on tips for ninjas, i may as well disclose the littel glitch that i had found a long time ago while lvling nin. others may know of this also. ive told a few people to help them a bit.
anyways....
when fighting goblins, alot of times, when they use goblin rush, you will be out of shadows most time. the glitch i found is that if you are casting in the middle of the goblin rush, it will disrupt the casting because it knocked you backwards. if you are in the middle of casting and it knocks you back, run back up to where you were standing when he started the goblin rush, and it will allow you to finish casting. you need to have the target locked tho. if you dont go to the same spot, it wont work. this used to work regularly for me. however, i havent lvld nin for a few months. so, they might have fixed that if they found out about it

I stopped using them after some conversations with friends of mine.
CHR absolutely has something to do with provoke/the process of keeping hate.
