Would have written this sooner, but fro some reason, I can not log in here much.. anyways...
Fallen, or in otherwards, Carlos. That's all I have to say... Let's just say you know him in real life.. had a rough week... your grandmother passes away and need to go to CA from PA in a matter of seconds to meet up with family...
I was helping a few groups get to Al'Taieu, and was due to be on.. but my family wanted to immediately head out to CA... so I asked a favor of what I thought was a friend... "Carlos can you log in for me and just tell them a family emergency came up, I won't be back for a few weeks."
When I get back a few weeks later... I try to log in my account... Gregor, and my 2 mules were gone... I immediately called up Square-Enix... and of course they treat me like a piece of trash and said I would have to start all over again...
I tried calling Fallen and couldn't get a hold of him... a few weeks go by... I call up Square-Enix a few more times... and still the same thing... "Only 1 restore per account" but you can suggest that you should be able to restore your character more then once under E-mail support, thru comments and suggestions. Also, the lady I spoke with about this, I think my 3rd or 4th call... said not to talk about it whether it be in game, thru e-mail, or bulletin boards because they will investigate on everything that happend the last day that Gregor was logged in... but I never heard back from them about the "Investigation" that SUPPOSIBLY took place... So i got a few friends to help me out with sending in suggestions and calling..
Eventually Carlos calls me... tells me he's sorry felt bad, that he made a post on QCDN trashing EVERYONE he hates under a fake name, some other bull shit, BUT OF COURSE! He's REALLY sorry... right? So he PL's my new character one night in the dunes... and I said fuck this, it's not worth my time restarting this all over again... over 100 days play time... it's just not worth the time all over.. So I get a few E-mails from people saying Fallen was talking shit... well that put me over the edge.. I am so glad.. for once... I am able to log in here and type this.
Fallen is a liar, a thief, an asshole, he talked so much shit on SoraNoHi by phone, and made my character look like the biggest ass on the Quetzalcoatl server before he deleted him... I seen the posts he made on the day he deleted him, thanks to some one that used to be in SoraNoHi, he said not to use his name in here... so I'll respect that.
The fact is, yeah I was thinking about quitting, but the last day I was on... I swear to god... I told Ujio, "I'm not quitting until you guys get at least to Al'Taieu"... I wouldn't turn my back on them... Fallen does tho... he's a BARD who wants a KIRIN OSODE.... FIRST in the LS, who got lost in sky ALL the time.
I don't usually do this about people... I wish I coulda said something sooner... but I thought the time was right, especially since I can log in here for once.. ever since I heard he was talking shit about me... That puts me over the edge.
But... like I said I woulda typed this sooner if I could ever have posted something, I shouldn't be talking about this, but I had enough... Someone who I thought was a friend... but just because he "quit" I have to suffer with the loss of all my hard work too...
Thanks for your time and knowing that this asshole Fallen can't be trusted.
 
holy shit greg.. i just asked cyro about u the other day and she wouldnt say what happened. i knew fallen was a little bitch (mainly from helpin u guys w/ CoP), but i didnt know he was that bad. damn dude, im sorry that happened to you.

Heh, well I wasn't gonna quit until I got these guys Al'Taieu (But I woulda taken like a month break or so not quit, quit)...
I had all the lvl cap equipment on my mules for COP... heh but its all gone now. Not until "Return to Vana'diel" comes back anyways..
Just wanted to let yous all know what happend since square-Enix won't do shit about this problem I have.

Well I don't know you or anything but if this happened to me I'd be extremely upset and pissed off.

With that in mind maybe everyone who reads this could send a quick mail to SE under their comments and suggestions section asking for more than one restore per character because frankly that fact that they won't is lazy, apathetic and ridiculous.

It would only take 5 mins of your time and could possible help out a lot of people.
 
Where's the suggestion section? I think it's bullshit that you can only restore once...

But seriously, you should NEVER give your character to anybody, unless:

1. Its your Mother or a friend you have a phisycal adress of so you can GO TO HIS HOUSE and BEAT THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF HIM, if something happens.

2. See above.

Plus, SE don't give a ratz azz about US(a) (nevermind that we buy more games than the japanese).

yeah man, Fallen I THOUGHT was a friend in real life, but he's not... I keep in touch with Cyro thru email... I told a few ppl like I said, but that's it... SE told me not to say anything and since they ain't doing a damn thing and have been ignorant to me on the phone... I decided to let you all know.
 
i dont really know fallen, but he joined thousandswords for 2 weeks about 8-9 months ago now. he never farmed sky once, came to one of our first gods fight, lotted and won zenith crown, and never came back and even farmed once....

greedy.
 
Gregor i know we never got along in our days in ffxi but just want you to know im really sorry about then and now about this. I wish i could help in some way, you were a great pld and player on this server.

Yeah, that was Fallen... believe me, I've seen what he wrote and I'm not happy about it... they send you a copy of what you write when you are sent to jail... I seen everything that was written... but people who know me know I'm not like that at all man...
