Well it all began on Tuesday when I tried to log on and I was denied due to an incorrect password. I had to have my password reset by a PoL person which made me fear the worst. Turns out I was right, I had log on'd to find my character naked of all his none rare/ex and my Gil and Mog house emptied. Well I have never actually been this mad because of a video game.

I started to contact various people and found out that a "friend" of mine who I had known for quite some time and had access to my character, had up and transfered to Titan that very day. At first I couldn't believe my friend would do such a thing to me after knowing him for so long.

I contacted a GM and began talking to my "friend". The GM told me to make a list to see if I could retrieve anything and such and my friend pleaded ignorance. About that time i started searching ffxiah.com in hopes of finding who was selling my items. At this time I found out who was selling them and decided I was going to try to steal my items back.

Well it didn't work since I found out that my "friend" was working with her to steal all my shit. So tonight I find out that she is online and I get a /tell from Doth stating how he is sickened by her bragging. I send her a few threats about what I will do(some legal stuff) and then about 15 minutes later i get a /tell from her saying she will return everything. Flashforward to the meeting in Whitegate....

She said she was sorry and all that and that my "friend" had some of my items on Titan and that she was sorry for that too and then she actually returned all my gil, all my items, and then she even gave me her items because she felt so bad. I may of lost a lot and still don't have it all back, but I'm glad i didn't lose everything I had and am still able to play this game =).

And yeah I had to learn my lesson about not sharing things and such so I don't need any lectures about that anymore.

*Edit* The "Friend" who moved to Titan is named Kuniva.
The person who was still on Quetz was Lirias but she quit tonight.

Holy shit Auron, that fucking sucks man!! I'm glad you got some of your stuff back, and you still have your char and levels. Damn dude, if you need any helping camping/farming any thing just lemme know. TH3 at your service. Peace!
 
Wow. Kuniva? lol I chewed him out through POL messages just now. I can't believe he did that. But I'm glad you got your stuff back.
 
Glad you got *some* of your shit back, we'll try and make the losses back in ENMs this friday, I hope.
 
Kuniva sounds very familiar, can't place a thumb on it though...I'm sure she was in the ls with Tsulaa and Calais and myself some time ago...

Thinking now, Kuniva is(was now lol) a part of Resurrection and was for a very long time; he joined Summoners in TheHeroicLegends which was a branch of another ls(EndlessLegends or BloodofLegends?) in the beginning when it started as a social with intent of helping people become geared twoards endgame-mostly sky.Used to be a part of THL for a short time myself until I quit for a year...

Wow man... that sucks. Can't believe Kuniva and Lirias would do that, but with the way they were acting for the past month or so I kinda knew something was up. Anyways, I'm glad Lirias decided to get you back some of your stuff. Good luck getting everything back together and talk to you later man.

... the irony in the Char name he/she selected at the beginning of the game makes me chuckle....

If you meet someone named Imajackyoshit, dont give him your POL info.

Its interesting you mention that. Kuniva told me that he was trying to bug someone into giving him their Hagun so he could sell it for a Merzaq (sp). I told him no is gonna give you a Hagun. He said he was just gonna keep bugging them.
 
When Revvie first told me this happened I thought he was kidding. Glad you got most of your stuff back.

BTW, what level is your MNK now? ;p
 
Dood... that sooooo sucks ass. I'm glad I never gave Kuniva my information. I really can't believe he would do such a thing though. Mind blowing is all I have to say. But that goes to show you how well people actually know each other here. And that fool Kuniva still owes me some gil from a while back that he's not paid me back on :mad:

Glad you got some if not most of your items back. (my juju gi being one) :biggrin:
 
Man, that's some bad stuff! I never give my info out to anyone that I can't physically hit (within an hour's drive anyway). Don't go selling my stuff, Mushashi! :crazy:
